Head - Client Service Operations (10-15 yrs)
Qualifications-
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CFA/MBA highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as financial analyst or related fields and additional 5+ years of responsible leadership experiences in management & operations in supervisory positions.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
Job Description
- Lead and Manage a team of Financial Analyst and provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Manage a Geo distributed team by identifying & addressing problems and opportunities and meeting the expected turnaround time.
- Collaboration with Human Resources for recruitment processes, performance tracking and developing an employee-oriented company culture for employee retention processes.
- Improve and maintain the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
- Collaborate and communicate on a consistent basis with various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.
- Ability to oversee budgeting, auditing, reporting & make strategic decision to help promote company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
