Head - Client Onboarding - Healthcare (7-12 yrs)
Head- Client Onboarding
We are looking for a highly motivated professional who will drive and lead our Client Onboarding team ,who resonates with the concept of client delight and believes in rendering that from the first day.
Locations: Mumbai/Bangalore/Pune
- Candidates can be located at either of the above 3 locations , but should be open to travelling to the other 2 locations.
Experience; 7 to 12 years
Salary; 35 LPA
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with sales and customer success for smooth onboarding experience
- Liaising with clients for scheduling, training, and setup
- Ability to handle coordination internally and externally at scale
- Confidence to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Energetic, active ; this needs to be an energetic person
- Tech fluency ; experience with CRM and tooling
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience handling professional services or business analyst teams or Customer Success Ops
- Proficiency with modern software stacks ; like Airtable, Notion, etc.
- Experience in professional services or Customer Success
- Experience managing key processes at significant scale or volume
