Position : Head of Marketing / CMO

Location : Mumbai

Exp: 9+ Years

Position/Role Description:

The Head of Marketing / CMO will be the strategic marketing leader of the business. The right candidate would be passionate about understanding the player decision making process as they navigate through a very crowded mobile games space. Through this understanding, they will develop strategic and tactical marketing differentiators that are critical to success in the mobile games space. The Head of Marketing will be a hands-on, high energy, ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced and highly demanding start-up environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years of digital marketing experience.

- Obsessive focus on clearly measurable ROI.

- Very strong understanding of the creative process and marketing communication to drive user acquisition using both digital and brand marketing.

- Able to work seamlessly with both highly creative and highly analytical people.

- Digital Marketing Skills and Experience

- Strong skills at management and analysis of the entire acquisition funnel from creative design to media buying to user acquisition. Hands-on experience is a must.

- Strong understanding of how to drive user acquisition on multiple advertising channels.

- Experience in running user acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google Search, Display, Affiliates is a significant plus.
