Head - Channel Sales - Mobile Business (12-30 yrs)

Job Position :

Our client is a market leader in consumer electronics especially in mobile business.Te candidate must have proven track record of managing channe sales in mobile segment.

Preparing Business Plan /AOP for the Financial Year and ensuring its execution : Top Line, Bottom Line, Expenses, Manpower Plan, Marketing Plan, Market Expansion and Customer

Experience

- Planning Channel expansion as per Business Plan wrt Retail and Channel Sales

- Distributor and Dealer engagement and correction as per Sales Plan

- Preparing Monthly sales planning, pricing, schemes and channel hygiene and pricing control among various channels

- Supporting Business Head in Product Planning and execution in alignment with Business Plan by providing proper feedback and market intelligence

- Ensuring optimal Stock level at various Sales verticals i.e. Chanel and Retail

- Controlling stock aging at warehouse, Dealer and Distributor level by using scheme / focus strategies

- Monitoring of Tertiary Sales Model wise to ensure stock movement at retailer level from distributor

- Ensuring optimal level of Dealer / Distributor and retailer Ratio for achieving optimal sales area wise

- Preparing Primary Sales Plan wrt to Annual Business Plan: Vertical wise for channel sales and Branch wise, State wise mapping of sales Plan and ensuring its executions

- Ensuring Product availability across all geography throughout channels

- Ensuring Secondary and Tertiary Sales Plan execution in accordance with Primary Sales Plan

- Planning for the new product launch wrt pricing, scheme

- Aligning Marketing activities with Sales Plan on MOM basis

- Monitoring of Product movement as per monthly sales plan and taking corrective actions to ensure sales as per plan

- Strategizing for market share increase by Competition Mapping and evolving actions for the same

- Ensuring proper MIS and reporting wrt Distribution, Pricing, Scheme, Stock Management, Price Control

- Manpower Planning and Management including Talent Acquisition, Movement, Development as per business pan and individual performance

- Channel Expansion and hygiene (controlling under cutting), and ensure penetration of the dealer and distributor network at Tahsil / Block level

- Managing Channel Sales of new product line

Credit Control of the Dealers & Distributors

- Monitoring over dues payment and minimizing the same

- Taking Corrective actions to penalize defaulting dealer and distributor

- Achieving top line targets through channel sales

- Providing feedback to Service team for policy adherence and improving customer experience - wrt to pendency and lack of spare parts at branch level

- Providing inputs to service team for opening / closer of ICPs

- Giving feedback to marketing for usage of proper marketing mix, Events based on market research and requirement
