Summary Responsible for establishing channel partner program in the region. This will include programs for recruiting, training, managing partners, and partner sales & marketing efforts within the region. The Director/Senior Manager - Channel Sales will develop and execute a territory plan that creates a high-performance partner sales channel that maximizes revenue and market share. Responsibilities - Manage, mentor, and lead a team of channel partner managers. - Map, mine and manage assigned territory. - Detailed tracking of all indirect partner pipeline activities utilizing Salesforce. This includes managing and measuring growth of pipeline, identifying plans to accelerate growth of activity, managing and measuring progress through the sales process and taking actions to force progress and bring deals to closure. - Identify and recruit resellers to meet revenue and recruitment targets. - Manage partner on boarding process including training resellers on products and services - Develop & implement quarterly business & marketing plans - Drive and measure co-marketing opportunities (seminars, webinars, trade shows .etc.) - Coordinate reseller sales reps partnering and end-user account calls. - Manage reseller sales pipeline in Salesforce. Experience - 10+ years of channel sales management experience in the IT industry, preferably with commercial organizations delivering IT services - Track record in development and execution of partner programs, getting traction with partners (as a lesser known vendor in a high potential market) - Experience in managing all aspects of the sales cycle through partners including prospecting, recruitment, enablement, acceleration, marketing, incentive, and performance reviews
