Roles and Responsibilities: - Drive strategy and planning for offline channel development for Acer Televisions and Home Entertainment products - Establish the basis of business at channel level by defining terms and conditions and SOPs of business - Create intelligent insights to refine and appoint channel partners across layers - Develop mechanism for channel management for sales and operations - Appointment of channel partners through negotiations on terms of business, legal contracts, and protocols - Create pricing strategy and plans for the business in offline space - Develop and nurture Large Format Retailers (both regional and national) for key centres - Develop a robust and competitive team to grow the offline sales for the company which can be utilized in more product categories Qualifications: 1. Minimum 8 years experience of managing offline/channel sales and business development of electronics and consumer durables 2. Experience in managing sales teams and developing a network for management of business 3. Experience with a major company relevant in similar products Requisite Skills 1. Strong headed and determined personality 2. Leadership qualities and ability to manage a wide set of individuals 3. Ability to contribute to a team environment and play a role in growth by being a part of the leadership team 4. Ambitious and ownership-based approach
