Head - Channel Marketing - Health Insurance

We are hiring for our client which is a part of a Reputed Group. Our client is a renowned name in the market and has started a new venture in Health Insurance. They are hiring aggressively to expand their team across India.

Position: Head- Channel Marketing (PAN INDIA)

Location: Mumbai

Role:

- Create the annual channel marketing plan across key markets/ geographies in order to achieve the preferred brand status among distributors and create a preferred brand among all distributors in order to support the desired channel expansion and growth

- To drive implementation of the marketing plans at regional levels to support market development through brand awareness and preference

- To build a strong marketing agency and vendor set-up at national and regional level for ensuring speed and quality of implementation

- Drive and oversee all Commercial activities

- To lead the coordination for both internal and external audits for Marketing area with the risk and audit teams

- To ensure a unified brand experience to all stakeholders in order to achieve consistency of communication

- To proactively identify regional marketing opportunities and to recommend the same to the Product Marketing team
