Head - Channel Loyalty - Consumer Durables/Construction Material/Paints/Faucets/Pipes/Building Material (12-25 yrs)
We are currently looking for a Head Channel Loyalty who has 12+ Years of experience in Channel Loyalty / Trade Marketing in Consumer Durables / Construction Material / Paints / Faucets / Pipes / Building Materials and relevant industry
The role will be responsible for creating long-term Business impact & help in business turnaround & Scaling up -
1. Setting up the Channel Loyalty function from scratch.
2. Implement robust Guidelines, systems & Processes, CRM & Infrastructure for Business Partners like - Dealers / Distributors / Influencers etc
3. Create, Develop and rollout comprehensive loyalty programme for multiple tiers of the dealers covering financial, non-financial and relationship facets
4. Engage with sales, marketing, and consumer services team to offer a strong business pitch
5. Establish partnerships with external stakeholders to offer a curated loyalty package that is industry leading
6. Create a Mechanism to measure the business impact of the programme and improvise to evolve
7. Build differentiated experiences thru trips, outbounds, training and other areas.
