- Develop and implement brand visibility programs, coordinate with Corporate communications for sales/ marketing contents on company web site.
- Develop and produce promotional material like leaflets, posters and brochures, slides/CD's etc. cost benefit analysis, technical literature for new product lines and services, coordinate with advertising agencies.
- Coordinate with technical support for development of training packages for internal and external use and catalogues.
- Conceive/design and implement trade promotional tools, Schemes for various channel partners like dealers, retailers and mechanics
- Develop and produce giveaways/complementary items for promotional activities.
- Drive market feedback, market intelligent program and influence marketing strategies
- Organize Dealer Conferences / Customer seminars/ Technology days/ Regional Meets/ exhibitions at national/state level
- Implement VSM identity standards
- Distribution presence and management on the basis of potential across the market
- Distribution health, Effectiveness of council, VOC and actions
- BTL and retail acquisition at local level, work with sales to establish new distribution and retail reach
