Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Centralised Liability Operations.
- Responsible for effective Resource Management, Vendor Management, support to Business Partners and Operation Centres.
- He/ She should also adhere to Internal Policies and Regulatory Guidelines including Audit Compliance, MIS, Internal Process and Controls etc.
- He/ She should also operate within the budget allocated and reduce cost per unit.
- Should be able to Mentor and Coach his/her team on the business processes.
Requirements :
- A Graduate or Post Graduate with a minimum of 10-20 Years of working experience in a bank.
- Should have also done a Certified Course in Banking and Finance.
- Should have exposure to BFSI Operations, preferably Liability Products.
- Should have managed a team of at least 20 employees.
- Should possess Good Communication Skills. Knowledge of the Local Language will be an added advantage.
