Head - Centralized Expense Management Unit - BFS (8-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
1 Responsible to institutionalize best practises in the area of Expense Management and build cost consciousness in the DNA of the organisation
2 Responsible to manage expense analytics unit to generate insights for senior management
3 Identify and deliver high value expense save initiatives across the organisation
4 Institutionalize Scientific & data based approach for Expense Budgeting and Provisioning
5 People management and team up-skilling would be an important attribute
6 Responsible to provide insights into spends management and exception reporting to the highest level
7 Critical review of high value spends and provide relevant industry benchmarks / market insights to the Deal Review Board
8 Own and drive cost to income ratio for the Organisation and provide strategic roadmap
9 Build a strong governance framework around Spends approval and review
10 Liaising with internal stake holders as a change agent while implementing industry leading best practises
