Essential Qualification: ME/MTech./PhD from reputed institute with specialization in Semiconductor/Micro Electronics/Nano Technology/Solar Photovoltic Technology/Solid State Technology Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Heading solar cell &amp; module process function. - Define BOM (Bill of material) product wise Multi / Mono/Technology - Define complete MQP (Manufacturing Quality Plan) - Annual budget planning, CAPEX - Driving cost reduction projects by continuous improvement with materials, DOE, 6 sigma approach - Define process FMEA of solar cell &amp; module manufacturing process - Resource management including manpower deployment for process function (On role &amp; Off role), - Road map for cell &amp; module efficiency. - Equipment selection for cell &amp; module line expansion or addition of new process / technology - Develop ramp up plan to transfer new technology to manufacturing process - Hand holding with cross functional teams like production, quality, R&amp;D - Technical support for customer complaints of both cell &amp; module - Leading ISO documentation for cell &amp; module process team. Timely review and amendment of control document - Defining material specification and quality acceptance standards - Defining data sheet different cell &amp; module products - Involved in product design - Develop skills of team members through L&amp;D programmer - Team building to achieve business goals Requisite skills: Functional: - Understanding of Solar Cell Principle &amp; Semiconductor physics - Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Failure Mode Effective analysis (FMEA) - Data Analysis / Statistics - Knowledge on advance technology in PV - Innovative thinking - Project Management Physical Standard (if any): - Physically and Mentally Fit - Able to stretch with tenacity &amp; perseverance - High Energy level with positive attitude - Motivational character
