Description
Reporting into the Head HR, your specific responsibilities will include:
- Setting up the entire Talent Management and C&B function
C&B
- Creating & driving the compensation and benefits agenda for India market
- Doing a compensation benchmarking externally for the organisation and comparing it across various industries and geography
- Creating and Innovating the Benefits to retain and attract talent for the organisation.
- Reviewing & proposing changes to compensation packages and components bonuses in line with the market
- Leading this compensation benchmarking exercise starting from Job Mapping, deciding the peer group, data analysis, benchmarking and creating pay ranges (Across Levels)
Talent Management
- Design, develop and implement plans for Talent Development and engagement, with particular focus on Career development and career progression of the employees
- Implement employee welfare programs to ensure employees, well-being and work life balance
- Identify the gaps and create a framework to address the same
- Work closely with the employees and various stakeholders to identify areas of employee development and handling aspirations of the employees and the business
- Work closely with the staffing team and employees to understand their skill sets and potential areas of strength and design + execute out of the box strategies to build talent management
- Create the framework for an efficient training & development module for talent development of -associates
Profile
- You should come with a minimum of 9-12 years of overall experience across HR with designing experience in both Talent Management and C&B
- You should also have strong executive presence and have worked with multiple stakeholders
