Head - Category & Performance - Textile Business (10-25 yrs)
- Should have wide exposure to Overall setup, Distribution, Sales, workforce and Team management.
- Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
- Acting as a part of the thinking team for the detailed business strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, developing creative strategies to maximize sales resources and optimize revenue.
- BTL & ATL exposure and Visibility & Merchandising initiative for brand building.
- Drawing up long term and short term business plans to set up the business and Developing Strategy to ensure business targets are delivered
- Driving Sales - Ensuring Primary, Secondary and Tertiary targets are met
- To drive business as per the planned strategy of the year eg. Weighted distribution, numeric distribution, coverage of market etc.
- To review monthly, quarterly and annual profit and loss statement of zone and take corrective actions if needed
- Driving improvement in Numeric and Weighted Distribution, Identifying and correcting the gaps and ensuring coverage and expansion as per plan.
- Working out schemes for the Trade Partners, evaluating their ROI, Working out incentives for the sales team to drive business and Ensuring a strong network with industry insight
- Ensuring the health of business - collections, working capital turns. Develop Strategies with the goal of Maximizing market share while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work In Close Coordination R&D team to develop fit for market product portfolio.
- Prepare Marketing development plan for key demand generation initiatives basis inputs from review forums for end users, Influencers, Opinion Leaders .
- Guide SCM with right forecast on product planning for optimum utilization.
