Essential Functions Include:
- Build and execute the overall branding/marketing plans based on the audience and content strategy of diverse marketing campaigns, including influencer/KOL marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, and offline marketing.
- Be an end-to-end branding owner which includes tracking, measurement, attribution, optimization, reporting, and automation across both web and apps.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering/Tech, and merchandise to build features that enable a scalable marketing plan.
- Conduct in-depth market/user research and monitor competitive landscapes to support new product development and improve marketing strategies
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Creative thinking and trend-sensitive minded
- Experience in marketing/branding (clothing fashion preferred)
- Proven results in growth and/or brand marketing across social, digital and content.
- Has experience in working with an international and cross-culture team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude
- Has experience in unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in nature;
