Head - Capital Raising - BFS (7-14 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Head the overall capital management function.
- Manage company's capital structure and review with senior leaders.
- Liaising and maintaining relations with capital providers including HNIs, NBFCs and banks plays keys role.
- Negotiating terms with the capital/ debt providers and ensuring effective documentation.
- Coordinate with various business teams to forecast capital requirement and prepare matching fund-raising plan
- Develop and deepen relationship with key institutional/ non-institutional investors
- Supervise investor MIS and send out the same at regular intervals
- Identify and interact with the prospective investors for the sale and leaseback of assets.
- Documentation for on boarding investors and serve as the key point of contact for the investor community.
- Build analytical models to evaluate capital structure decisions including financing, return of capital, and contingency planning.
- Model credit rating outcomes and assist in managing relationship with rating agencies.
The Successful Applicant
- Should be a CA/MBA with 7 plus years of experience in equity and debt fund raising. He/ She should be from a financial service set up with a strong understanding of working with a NBFC set up.
