Head - Capital Markets - BFS

- Will be handling a team of 10+ members, including senior and mid-level resources

- Will be in charge of placement of all categories of products, across all categories of investors

- Will need to build up and manage a high quality team

- Will have to manage high transaction flow: 50+ deal closures a month

- Excellent understanding of credit as well as markets

- Experience can be split between origination and capital market sales

- However at least 7+ years recent experience in sales

- Should have experience in Bonds & Loans, Multi Sector, Various categories of investors

- Able to handle high pressure situations

- Own personal networks with Bank Heads, MF Heads,etc.

- Will have to ensure marketplace adoption across investors
