Client: A Leader in Logistics Tech Weel Funded Firm based out of Gurgaon, Haryana

- We are looking for Project Managers/ Project & Engineering Professionals from FMCG background like Nestle/HUL/ ITC/Marico. This professional will be heading the Projects & Engineering function (Hubs planning/ Warehousing / Site finalization/ Execution/ Commissioning, etc.

The candidate will be a part of the Engineering Leadership team and handle all CAPEX/Projects happening in the region with a special focus on overall optimization and strategic projects.

- Responsible for end to end capital spend in the region to cater to the short term and long term organizational goals of capacity expansion, resource optimization and machinery advancement and/or development as per plan

- Ensure adherence to the latest engineering standards in all operating locations while maintaining and controlling operations cost

- Ensuring that training & development for engineering staff are put into effect and continuously reviewed, revised and maintained

- Ensure the operational goals and resource targets are met and surpassed as laid down by the organization

- At least 10-14 years of experience in managing CAPEX projects and engineering in an FMCG/Beverages organization.

- B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical. A Masters degree will be preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in handling large scale CAPEX projects end to end

- Demonstrated experience in handling engineering and maintenance responsibilities in a factory set up.

This person will be working closely with the founder and Biz. Head.
