- The Head of Capacity Network is responsible for leading a team of people in strategically managing our Creators (developers from development shops). - They will work with our AI, Delivery, and Product teams in achieving the goal of ensuring we have the capacity (abilities and skills) needed to meet our growing demand and in managing our Creator relationships to feel like they are a Builder. - Our demand for creators is global, diversified in abilities and skills, and needs to operate 24-hours a day. - The Head of Capacity Network will need to be data driven in order to be able to predict and meet our demand and supply needs. The success of our business and for our customers is critically tied to how we develop, manage and lead our Capacity Network. - Complex vendor management - Managing multiple deliverables and being able to assess the risks ahead of time - Troubleshooting problems tactically and strategically - Leading global teams - Stakeholder management - Collaborating
