Job Title: DGM - Capability Building & OD
Reports To: Sr GM-Corporate HR
Location: Mumbai
1. Job Purpose Statement (Summarize in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company).
- The role is accountable for the development and implementation of Leadership Capability Building strategy and programs.
- The role is accountable to design and implement OD initiatives.
- The role is accountable to develop and drive D&I roadmap in the organization.
- The role is accountable to drive culture & employer branding.
- Develop Capability Building Strategy and implement organization wide strategic initiatives and report the effectiveness of the programs.
- Drive synergy between Financial Services Sector companies and group companies.
- Create and monitor the CB/OD/D&I budget for the year.
- Implement Digital Learning Platforms & tools and drive usage and effectiveness.
- Identify, Design and Implement OD and change management programs.
- Design and implement appropriate interventions to drive organizational culture and assess the impact on business.
- Develop formats and tools for driving and engaging both internal employees and external stakeholders on EVP.
- Driving performance through team.
- Working with Senior Management/M&M Group HR teams and managing expectations.
- Internal collaboration and relationships with multiple teams.
- Understanding of the latest technology and IT integrations.
Professional Qualification Knowledge Skills Attitudes :
- MBA from premium institute with 10-12 years of experience
