1. Overall responsibility of the health and safety of students, faculty, employees and visitors.

2. Medical Services

3. Overall responsibility for the maintenance and operation of campus infrastructure to include:-

Operations and maintenance of the different equipment and plants .

Repairs and maintenance of existing buildings

Major Modifications to existing buildings

New Buildings / constructions.

4.Overall responsibility for the operation of campus services to include:-

Catering / Cafeteria

Hospitality

Transport

Travel Services

Security

Facility Management

Inventory control

5. Owner of the purchase process and assist in procurement to other departments on as required basis.

6. Communications and IT Infrastructure.

7. Vendor Management

8. Human Resources, Employee Relations, Contracts and Agreements

9. Planning with the core team.

10. Office administration including Budget Control.

11. Safety and Risk Assessments

12. Liasion with Local Community and Government Bodies including Forest and Police Officials..

13. FRO and Visa.

14. Statutory compliance and Legal liaison.

15. Estate / land / forest / biodiversity.

16. Establishes, reviews and updates the college SOP- s

17. Fulfills other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of College
