Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Campus Recruitment Head to lead and scale our campus hiring strategy across multiple business verticals. The role requires end-to-end ownership of campus engagement, early talent acquisition, and employer branding initiatives, driving high-quality talent pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute campus recruitment strategy aligned with organizational talent needs.

- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier universities and colleges.

- Lead campus engagement programs, internship drives, and leadership pipelines.

- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment cycles.

- Manage a team of campus recruiters and mentor junior talent acquisition staff.

- Enhance employer brand presence on campuses and in industry forums.

- Track metrics and optimize campus recruitment processes, cost, and quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 15-18 years in campus or early-career hiring, preferably in large, multi-specialized organizations.

- Proven ability to design and implement campus strategies at scale.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- Deep understanding of talent branding, assessment tools, and recruitment technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
