HEAD (Campus Hiring/Campus Recruitment)

- Analyse the hiring needs of the company and develop job descriptions and specifications accordingly

- Research on hiring trends, Identify colleges to source the best candidates based as per company's requirements and compile recruitment reports and presentations.

- Administer all campus recruitment activities; prepare strategies for all campus events and monitor effective implementation of all plans according to procedures

- Define opportunities to improve campus recruiting by staying up to date on trends

- Maintain knowledge on market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies

- Educate students about organizations employment brand and culture.

- Analyse seasonal recruiting success and measure results (like time-to-hire, number of candidates who accepted offers, etc.).

- Analyse seasonal recruiting success, measure results and prepare report of every career event using recruiting metrics (e.g. number of interviewed/hired candidates etc.)

- Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practices

- Build and maintain good relationships with universities, and other educational institutions

Qualification And Experience:

i. 5+ years of experience into campus hiring

ii. Should be highly organized with wonderful interpersonal skills

iii. Should possess excellent analytical skills and be a problem solver

iv. Knowledge of various candidate evaluation techniques and methodologies

v. Sound knowledge of full recruitment cycle
