Head - Campus Hiring - BFS/IT (9-16 yrs)
Job Description :
- Heading the campus recruitment for the company
- Would be involved in Stakeholder Management
- Participate in national campus taskforces, as needed;
- Collaborate with local recruiters to successfully market and fill program budgets in each office with top candidates;
- Develop and deploy the university recruiting strategy for select national programs; manage execution program recruiting process;
- Assist with various special projects for campus leadership and additional tasks;
- Monitor candidate progression and be a key point of contact and support for selected participants.
Requirements :
- Must have understanding of tech campus hiring.
- Should have experience of setting up a process from scratch.
- Must have experience of hiring from Tier 1 Collages.
