Head - Campus & Employer Branding

The incumbent would be leading a team of 4 people

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment process for selecting Summer Interns and Management Trainees from Tier 1 campuses

- Design and execute the Induction program which captures the essence and variety of the organisation translating into learning for the Management Trainees

- Provide class internship experience to interns by creating high quality projects, ensuring leaders and mentors are assigned on time and are informed of their responsibilities, timely reviews and logistical support

- Design and implement the experiential module with superior quality projects and ensuring timely reviews within business units

- Facilitating career conversations with Management Trainees, Managers, HR Heads and Business Heads to provide clarity on availability of roles and facilitate the rotation process for the fresh hires

- Conceptualize and organize case study competitions for the B-school students

- Finalize the theme of the event in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and cascade the same through case studies and other relevant communication channels

- Collaborate with all Business Leaders to create high quality case studies on actual business problems

- Collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to work on the spectrum of event management tasks like event format, campus launches, communication and branding, Jury evaluation and Logistics

Candidate Profile:

- Pass-out from Tier 1 Campus, 2014/15 batch (SIBM, TISS, XLRI)

- Should have experience in Talent Acquisition/Talent Management/Business Partnering
