Head - Campaign & Visibility ( Retail Consumer Experience )
This position is responsible creating experience, visibility of brand and product Communication at Retail.
Retail Marketing and Planning:
- Bring Retail campaign & Product launch to action at Retail and create awareness/demand for the same.
- Cascade Campaign and installation guides to key stakeholders to drive efficient & effective campaign roll out.
- Track Campaign PERT, escalate, update, notify - Lead the campaign from the beginning to closure.
- Measure effectiveness of campaigns through Retail audit and mystery audit.
Enhancing Retail Shopper Journey :
- Map the shopper journey and plan the retail grid for new launches & product lifecycle interventions.
- Set new benchmarks, use customer, shopper research to identify key areas for innovative disruptions
- Creation & Deployment of Fixtures and Other Hard POSM elements to increase consumer experience
- Planograming to Display Products in most effective way.
Digital Marketing and Visibility :
- Drive Digital Marketing initiatives - Social media marketing, Google Ads, Google My Business (GMB) etc.
- Deployment and maintenance of Glow Sign Board (GSBs), Fixtures and retail elements
- Enhance Share of visibility through In-shop Branding, Soft POSMs and other mediums of communication.
GTM and Budget Planning :
- Making of GTM plan and Bringing it to action
- Budget planning for retail marketing and Product briefs Retail Innovation and Experience Enhancement
- Use technology at retail to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Continuous Innovate -Retail elements/ props/ sales story
Budgeting and Vendor Management :
- Budget planning for campaign basis GTM and Product briefs
- Manage Vendors and Agency for executing campaigns.

Desired Profile & EXPERIENCE:
- MBA Degree from recognized institution
- 12-15 Years' experience in Sales, Marketing and Retail space.
- FMCG | Telecom | Retail | Digital Marketing
- Stakeholder alignment and management
- Debriefing, follow up and solution-oriented approach Business understanding, Impact analysis, Creative, Ideation, Innovative mindset
