Job Description - You would be part of leadership team in the organization, combining strategic thinking, analysis and operations. You would also be responsible for:

- Call Center Operations

- Call center systems & processes

- Call Center people proficiency & competency enhancement

- Meeting Call Center business & financial expectations

- Call Center equipment optimal performance & maintenance

- Goal Setting for the team

- Maintaining Client Relationship

- Set up standards and continually upgrade processes

The Successful Candidate - MBA preferable with at least 15 years experience in a BPO Call Centre, and minimum 3 years as Head Operations

- Oriented to continuous improvement in quality of systems & processes

- Good in People management, Problem Solving, People Skills improvement, Team Player, and Emphasizing Excellence
