Head - Buying & Merchandising - Beauty Business (10-18 yrs)
We are a growing Beauty Business seeking a highly creative and detailed-oriented Head Visual Merchandiser to join our team. The successful candidate must have prior experience in the Beauty Business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually impactful in-store displays, branded signage, and digital marketing materials
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met
- Manage a team of merchandisers and provide guidance and direction as needed
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make necessary adjustments to visual merchandising strategies
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the Beauty Business is a must
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate design concepts and merchandising strategies to cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead and manage a team while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
