Head - Business Transformation - IT Services - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Our client is a growing IT services organization, looking to hire leader for the business transformation function to be based in Chennai

The scope of the role is broad as well as cross functional, and will straddle all levels of the organization. The hire will be required to define priority opportunities with high level of organizational impact and to see the transformation projects through to completion

Key Performance Areas

- Defining Strategic goals and creating roadmap across businesses and achieve the same

- Coordinate efforts across Delivery, Sales, Consulting, Operations, Finance and Human Resources to execute the roadmaps

- Apply consulting skills to various functions to document the "As-Is", explore and define the "To-Be", and chart out and achieve alignment on the roadmap for transformation

- Operationalize high impact cross-functional projects with metric ownership

- Define key business performance metrics and targets along with the timelines involved

- Launch and execute strategic initiatives with key stakeholders

- Drive change management and business transformation efforts

Desired Profile:

- Post graduate degree in Business Management or an equivalent advanced degree from a Tier 1 Business school

- Understanding of the principles of change management and performance metrics

- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence beyond one's span of control

- Prior exposure in Program management and / or Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc
