Head - Business Strategy - Startup (8-12 yrs)
- Should be an MBA from a Premier B School , Start up experience is mandatary
- Prepare Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annual Business Plans
- Work with stake holders & report quarterly performance of the company on a regular basis
- To guage competition, use predictive analytics to shape the business to the next level
- Should have good business acumen and represent the CFO in all his meetings
- To independently come up with business strategy & plans
- To do Business Analytics using business tools ( SLM, SCM, ERP, CRM etc)
- Should be able to monitor the performance of the Organization on a regular basis, do predictive analytics on the probable failure areas within the Company and alert the Board and recommend actions for the same
- Should be able to do Financial Planning & Budget Controls across verticals & locations
- Experience as Chief of Staff will be an added advantage
