Business Strategy and Marketing Head- Real Estate

- This position heads strategy, and marketing for west India and is at the heart of the business and plays a critical role in driving business design, communication & monetization efforts for ANAROCK's strategic partners.

- This position is at the center point of ANAROCK's sales, Developer's Marketing and sales and Group strategy.

This position focuses on;

1. Driving product, pricing, communication, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy along with the ANAROCK sales team and Developers team to ensure delivery of targets.

2. Winning accounts with necessary market + Customer intelligence, strategy, and marketing along with the Sales team to win accounts along with ANAROCK's Sales team.

3. Collaboration with multiple teams to Create appropriate reports and presentations that aid decision-making and execution of sales

4. Monitoring mandate profitability, processes, tech compliance, and performance to ensure successful delivery and intelligence from the mandate.

5. Integration of Value Added Services in terms of ANAROCK Creative Agency, Digital Agency, Tech Suite, Post Sales for an integrated solution and more significant accountability in delivery.

6. Excellent Leadership, networking, and collaboration skills to handle multiple teams including the owned business strategy marketing team

7. Analytics and Program Management experience with progressive and process-driven organizations.

8. Implement Go-to-market strategies for launches/sustenance

9. Strong believer and ambassador of technology to build necessary processes to track and bring in sales.
