Build and Execute Business Strategies to promote and sell company's products in a competitive environment to meet company short term and long term objectives / targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build Go To Markets strategy and execution plan to tap target audience and expand penetration and increase the sales results
- Responsible for creating New Channel partners
- Alignment of the different strategic initiatives and different Online/Offline sales channels
- Responsible for building relationship and product specification with customers / suppliers / other stakeholders
- Map dealers and help them in specifying products
- Identifying market trends and being responsible for implementing market opportunities with assistance provided by the Head of Market Area
- Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports
- Awareness of industry, market & legislative drivers the processes are maintained.
- Maintain customers and their competitor's strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.
Qualification & Experience :
- Engineering Graduate with MBA
- 10 to 20 years of experience in Building Solutions including Exposure on strategy / consulting, exposure to identify and executing partnerships, Merger and Acquisition
