Experience : 8-15 Years
- Post graduate degree in Finance from top tier B-School
- Prior experience in Process Excellence or Business Transformation is must
- Minimum relevant experience of 8-9 years in Financial services Captives, ITeS and/or FinTech
- 10 Years experience in Business Process Transformation for Investment Business.
- Transformation from normal model to Process oriented model. Process setting up, and continuous improvement process.
- Work closely with Executive committee and part of Strategy making wrt Business Process Transformation.
- Client oriented Focus and deal with Investment bankers, Private Equity (PE), Hedge Funds.
- Deep expertise on different investment products like AIF, PMS, Fixed income, Asset classes, Structured Credit, Hedge funds, Real Estate etc.
- Help in investment process transformation, Process set up, Business Process enhancement, Process Improvement.
- Streamlining the operations with a particular focus on maintaining client satisfaction and developing a scalable operating model
- Identify and establish optimal service delivery framework for relevant business areas/large client engagements by working closely with relevant business heads.
- Design and establish framework for regular review of operations to ensure compliance with required standards and re-calibrate as necessary
