Head - Business Planning/Reporting/KPI Creation & Incentive Management - BFSI (10-15 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
Business Planning
- Carry out comprehensive and timely business planning and deploy plan to increase sales efficiency
- Sales Forecasting/planning for business
- Detailed revenue and expense planning
- Support Management with insightful performance analysis for better decision making
- Support formulation of business strategy
Performance Management Analytics
- Conceptualize, design and improve Templates for New Dashboards/Reports along with key stakeholders for Performance Management
- Understanding data/report needs of Sales Channels and key Strategic Initiatives
- Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages
- Design & publish a comprehensive suite of reports and dashboards to manage business performance and connect all initiatives together
Variable Compensation and Campaigns for Sales force
- Monitor Variable Compensation design adherence to budgets and efficacy
- To create effective Compensation and Reward framework for sales efficiency
- Design and Roll out Contest and Incentives for sales team to drive business and increase business efficiency
- Enable field sales force with Performance Management tools
- Payouts of incentives and other benefits as per various contests / campaign
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of experience in comprehensive annual plan creation, KPI creation matrix, Employee Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition and incentives plan.
Would prefer candidates from Insurance/NBFCs/Banks
