Business Operations Head (Real Estate) for Pune


Our Client is a boutique branded real estate developer focused on delivering world-class product and warm customer service. Founded six years ago, on the sole thesis that real estate needed to be done differently in India. They have a bunch of incredibly talented, hungry, bright and passionate folks on the team. IIT, IIM, Wharton, SPA toppers, all looking to make a dent.

They are looking for Business operations Head for their upcoming project in Pune.

Candidate profile :

You are an ambitious problem solver who knows that managing people, proper planning and execution are at the heart of improving our industry. You are an expert at inducing order into chaos and have the grit to  get it done, no matter what. You live your life through  goals, deadlines and project schedules. You have 4-6 years of cross-functional experience in real estate and have performed in strategic and operational roles. Ideally, you have managed at least one project P&L through its lifecycle.

- You have a Bachelors/Masters degree from one of the leading IIT's/IIM's or equivalent

- A sharp and intelligent individual who have worked in dynamic setups

- Has strong business understanding

- 3-4 years of RE experience is a must o Part of a cross-functional operations team

- Ability to keep track of tasks, identify key dependencies and stakeholders

- Ability to foresee difficulties if any and manoeuvre accordingly

- Disciplined and task-oriented personality

- People oriented with an innate ability to connect with people

- Clear and articulate in communication

Key Responsibility: 

- Lead the P&L and Business Plan for the Project on an end-to-end basis

- Be a part of cross-functional team which will responsible for execution of various crucial tasks for the smooth functioning of the Project

- Assist promoters in various activities, including drawing Business Plan for the Project, detailed task list, cash flow monitoring, supervising various aspects of project execution etc.

- Collect necessary information, maintain Project MIS and brief management from time to time

- Collate information and arrange them in a presentable manner

- Liaise with stakeholders, internally and externally, for completion of various tasks o Handle escalations of critical / complex issues.
