The opportunity is with a Series C funded payment and lending-related start up. This rapidly growing and extremely well-funded start-up is looking to grow the business leadership team and bring in a Head - Business Operations.
Report to : COO
The individual will be tasked with creating and managing priority initiatives across business, operations and products and will be required to design, implement and manage these projects.
Responsibilities :
- Working with the CEO & key CXOs to identify key growth & transformation areas for the organization, crafting an operations roadmap and executing to achieve desired goals within defined timelines
- Managing & scaling the business operations verticals and support functions in line with the company's growth plans
- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth
- Ability to adjust to fast paced environment with changing priorities and be a self-starter.
Requirements :
- 6-10 years of overall experience
- At least 2-4 years at top tier consulting or investment banking firm
- Experience in a high growth startup preferably in Fintech/Consumer-tech
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with focus on data-driven decision making and result-oriented delivery
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
- Ability to manage large teams & external business and/or vendor partner relationships
- Well-versed with Excel & PowerPoint
