Responsibility :
- Define the organizational goals and enable the organization to create a roadmap and achieve the goals supported by the strategic functions of Analytics, Commercial excellence
- Entreprise business for the whole business.
- Provide strategic and tactical direction to leadership.

- Must have experience in managing teams with P&L responsibility.
- Self-Starter, High level of drive to give shape to new initiatives.
- Someone who has worked in B2B environment and has built relationships with dealers.
- Can work with product and engineering team in developing new technologies and features for category and merchandising automaton
- Extremely customer focused.
- Strategic thinker and strong business acumen
- Exceptional condition interpersonal skills
- Can work in multi disciplinary environment.
- Can growth hack goals and is super assertive
- Very good in data analysis, benchmarks, competition analysis and best practices
