Job Responsibilities -

1) Establish strategic plans along with other top management and drive the business growth for the region.

2) Manage and grow existing customer relationships

3) Delivery Management - will be responsible for managing the deliverables within the agreed metrics for time, cost and quality

4) Effective utilization of resources, mentoring and grooming the team. Manage customer expectations and manage the CSAT metrics.

5) Maintain strong relationships with the key stakeholders, account managers and other business leaders in support of cross-practice offerings

6) Be responsible for the overall leadership and lead role in managing the implementation projects of our solutions; maintains complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues; facilitates timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget; identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance; sets and manages client expectations; creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions; continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships;

7) Interpret business needs plus requirements and facilitate goals conversion into concrete projects along with detailed proposals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

1) IT/Bus professional with 20+ years of experience in an infrastructure services organization and performed strategic leadership roles

2) Experience of working with customers of Fortune 500 companies, across various verticals

3) Well versed with ITIL frame work, various delivery models (Onsite Offshore, Global Delivery Model, Dedicated and Shared services, Global Command Center),

4) Strong Analytical/Problem solving skills

5) Strong Communication skills and ability to confidently communicate a point of view

6) Well versed with the industry dynamics and knowledgeable about emerging trends - Strong experience in team management and people development.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering from a premier institute. A post graduate qualification in Management from a premier institute will be an added advantage.
