Head - Business Intelligence Solutions - Campaign Management Team - Bank

Position based with a large Private Bank in Gurgaon. 

Job Role

The Campaign Management Team is strategically placed within the Retail Bank's structure

Responsibilities

- Design, deploy & track campaigns performance basis client life-cycle in close conjunction with stakeholders. 

- Effective/efficient segment-based targeting as per defined framework and process.

- Delivery efficient and effective campaigns to drive business growth and improve customers experiences

- Work with other analytics teams to design, develop, and implement machine learning and develop dynamic visualization tools aiming to provide actionable insights for better business decisioning and management

- Work with other business teams and stakeholders to better understand customers behavior and help to create go to market strategies leveraging ad-hoc analytics

- Ensure all campaign executed complying regulation and internal guidance

- Close engagement with key Stakeholders Channel & Product teams, Marketing, IT, Operations, Solutions Delivery teams to deliver end-to-end campaign planning & execution. Increase client wallet share & revenue/customer

- Design segmentation and align campaign across customer and product life stage through customer channel of preference

- Effective governance on the campaign and leads management enabled through regular governance forum and business performance reviews

Education Requirement :

- Post Graduation or MBA - Marketing, Finance (Full-time), B.E. 

- Engineering, Masters/Bachelors in any quantitative discipline (Business/Statistics/Mathematics etc.) with strong quantitative skills

- Experience on end to end Campaigns journey - Planning, Design, Development, Deployment, Pre/Post Campaign Analysis

- Exposure to BI solutioning, knowledge of relevant tools in BI space, and clarity around evolving trends in BI/Visualization space
