Head - Business HR  Primary Location- MUMBAI  Description  The Head HR Business Partner will be leading a team of HR Generalist across multiple Zones / branches of company to achieve overall People objectives. The Head HR Business Partner will handled HR delivery responsibilities including onboarding of new hires, employee relations, training and development, performance & talent management, recruitment workflow, people metrics/reporting, partnering with line management on HR and business needs and special projects  Key responsibilities:  Human Resource Strategy  - As a senior member of the HR team, contribute to developing and implementing the HR strategy at Company  Employee Engagement & Organisation Development  - Help Design the employee engagement initiatives and drive their implementation through the zonal HR teams. Take opportunities to build shared understanding and ownership of the organisations's vision, values, strategies, plans and desired culture  - Drive consistency of approach across compnay in attracting, managing and developing talent to support current and future organisational needs  Business Partnering  - Work in partnership with senior management teams to identify the people implications of strategic and business plans and other developments. Promote new ways of working and agree appropriate local-level interventions to maximize opportunities, support change and manage risk.  - Provide professional, business-focussed HR service to a designated client group. Build strong working relationships based of credibility and open communication.  - Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the group to develop solutions, programs and policies.  - Facilitate effective workforce planning to identify the capacity and capability of the organisation to deliver its objectives.  - Provide professional senior level, strategic and operational HR advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment strategies, and managing change processes, providing risk analysis to support this. Constructively challenge decisions which are not in best interest of the organisation.  - Lead responsibility for the HR/people management aspects of corporate initiatives and projects as agreed with the CHRO.  Recruiting  - Support Talent Acquisition team to ensure delivery of zonal level hiring through the zonal HR team  Qualifications:  - 14+ years of experience as a HR business partner  - Able to develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with internal and external networks  - Required qualities include: demonstrated leadership skills, ability to be fluid and adaptable to the company's changing priorities and needs, the desire and ability to quickly establish relationships within the organisation, attention to detail and highly organised.  - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.  - Proven ability to secure and analyze a range of quantitative and qualitative information  - Contagious passion for leveraging technology and digitization in HR processes  Qualification  The ideal candidate will be an MBA or equivalent in Human Resource Management   Experience  - 12- 15 years of experience in managing HR   - Experience of having implemented HR processes in large MNCs will be preferred   Key Competencies and Skills  - The candidate needs to be high on strategic thinking and execution and achievement orientation.   - The candidate also needs to display the ability and sensitivity to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence senior business leaders.   - Other key desired competencies and skills would be teamwork and collaboration and strong interpersonal and communication skills.   Amit
