E-Commerce Head
- The role is responsible for leading the category operations and growth of brands across marketplaces along with achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns and leading the team of Category Managers.
Responsibilities :
- Drives business growth and market share of the brands with strong product, competition, and consumer analytics
- Responsible for Brand P&L and performance vs Budget
- Make a sales plan, marketing plan, forecast for all the marketplaces
- Manage the team of Category Managers and Operations Associates
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
- Monitoring various promotions and ensuring day to day eCommerce operations
- Contributes to the development of periodic ; nancial plans and projections.
- Delivering Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual ; Revenue, Margin, targets.
- Contributes to the creation of sales plans and completely owns up the execution of the same to maximize sales of the inventory made available to sell.
- Monitoring the product life cycle of every product in the category and taking early calls for opportunity maximization.
- Ensures that the product placed on site is relevant to the category, features and USP well explained to the viewer in simple customer-centric language, the product is well packaged to attract and excite customers.
