Head- Business & Finance strategy

Reporting: CEO's Office & CFO

Organization: A large and renowned business house on a major growth trajectory

Qualification & experience: MBA / CA with minimum 10 years experience

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Help CEP in Long term business strategy and annual business plan

- Business & Financial analytics, MIS & presentation to the top management

- Monitoring of Annual Operating plan

- Establish enhanced financial planning processes

- Engage with commercial stakeholders, playing a significant role in business conversations, driving the growth agenda

- Own and drive the pricing agenda with the business heads

- Develop business critical metrics

- Build business cases and investment proposals to facilitate commercial expansion plans

- Responsible for acquiring a solid understanding of the sector and functional areas along with key business drivers, risk factors and trends and applying this knowledge.

- Partnering with business heads to drive business /sales growth, market expansion

- Build a genuinely commercial relationship with stakeholders including MD&CEO, CFO, President and all BU Heads
