Head - Business Finance - Sales Operations (8-12 yrs)
Head, Business Finance
The Head of Business Finance will lead a team to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to Naukri.com and 99acres.com business units, with focus on sales performance and pricing
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to report on monthly financial performance metrics (KPIs) to provide insights on key sales trends
- Support Sales and Business Heads in medium term sales planning through financial modeling and driving the planning discussions, such as quarterly target setting or annual sales plan
- Own detailed pricing analysis, SKU level pricing and partner with Product, Sales and Leadership to establish right pricing for each product and track performance of the same
- Track and report on initiatives to grow the business and optimize sales growth and long term profitability
- Manage and drive efficiency in processes such as financial planning, reporting, business reviews, and business planning
- Understand and analyze large data sets to generate additional insights into opportunities and risks
- Build trust with sales, product and business heads as an effective finance partner
- Work with ERP and finance teams to understand and improve processes / data integrity as appropriate for faster and accurate business reporting
Required skills & experiences
- Strong Analytical ability and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to articulate complex problems & solutions through numbers
- Impeccable business judgment, strong conviction and confidence to communicate and influence business decisions & partners effectively across all levels of the organization
- Organized, detail oriented, self-starter and able to deal with ambiguity
- 8 to 10 + years of experience in financial planning & analysis, pricing, investment research or similar roles
- Candidates with MBA from a reputed institute will be preferred
- Candidates with experience in Software or Enterprise businesses will be preferred
