Job Profile :
1. To run all debt/equity-related transactions end to end for the company
2. Leading conversations with potential investors on the company, market etc
3. To help create material and data rooms required to run a fundraising process
4. Manage key relationships with the board, bankers, lawyers among others -
5. To have a good understanding of the overall investment process including term sheets, diligence and definitive documentation
6. Preparation of annual business plan, budgets for next few years in detail which includes volumes, turnover, p&l, working capital and balance sheet activities
7. Monitoring actual vs. budget and identifying reasons for variances
8. Preparation of product-wise, state-wise profitability and presenting it to the management
Candidate Profile :
1. MBA / Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of experience in Internet/E-commerce organization
2. MBA (Mandatory) from one of the top schools in India / abroad or CA(Preferable)
3. Good analytical and modelling skills
4. Prior experience in Business Facing Roles is mandatory / Investor facing roles is preferable.
5. Early-stage Start-up exposure is preferable
6. Should have worked for Fundraise / due diligence/ Investor relations etc.
