Head - Business Excellence - BPO/IT

Role will report to the MD of the organization and will be based out of Bangalore

1. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Quality of Service programs within the company

2. Drive Audit Program Management across IT and BPO business and across locations

3. Expertise in Change Management to advise the senior management on change management and drive initiatives across the organization

4. Drive Knowledge Management initiatives

5. Work closely with MD to enhance the processes, systems and culture for business excellence across the organization

 The key requirements are :

1. Good education credentials

2. Experience in leadership positions in similar function

3. Willingness and ability to understand Visionet's products & services and aptitude to design a processes and systems for business excellence

4. Excellent communication skills to establish oneself as an authority on business excellence within the company
