Head - Business - eCommerce

Roles & Responsibilities: -

1. The Candidate should have held P&L responsibility on the Home Delivery operation covering the Operations/category management

2. He should have handled the responsibility of setting up of new Ecom business from the planning to execution stage

3. He should have handled the new city launch and also the customer acquisition process

4. Responsible for developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, agreed targets and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization's presence

5. Opex management in alignment with the business process

6. Conduct promotional events / marketing activities to develop new contacts and increase user base

7. Should be accountable for the Revenue and profitability of the vertical

8. Should have handled the operation of Home Delivery through Hub & Spoke model to optimise the cost of delivery

9. Needs to work as a team since he will be handling large delivery boys & team

10. Should be IT savvy to handle the APP based customer management

11. Should have an excellent working knowledge on Excel and Powerpoint

12. Should have handled CRM

13. Exposure to supply chain management to optimise the logistics costs

14. Ensuring a flawless Last mile delivery

15. Inventory management to plan for stocks planning and DOH at Hub & Spoke

16. To ensure on time delivery to customers & best service level to the customers

17. Should be able to carry out Innovative marketing & promotional activities for new customer acquisition

18. Exposure to HoReCa & B2B business model to expand business horizon

19. The incumbent should by all means be a go getter, somebody who has the knack to set up businesses from scratch, is entrepreneurial in nature and mindset.
