- Looking for a professional with a track record of strong performance across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain
- Ensure implementation of optimal sourcing strategies across India Operations
- Oversee complete strategic sourcing operations across locations & coordinate with various teams (Supply-chain, finance, customer success, regional business teams etc. for fulfilling the growing business needs.
- Provide the business with consistent and streamlined processes and systems, ensuring compliance with Procurement SOPs and advising on corporate procedures and compliance issues.
- Execution Manage local supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions.
- Evaluate supplier core competencies and competitive positioning, analyze and determine opportunities to leverage and consolidate the supply base using industry cost models, system level tools and techniques.
- Lead will act as a recognized authority for proactive outreach & campaign the SCM solutions with stakeholders (above said) leading the successful SCM solution deal conversions with Multi-national/theatre clients
- Understand Supply Chain related process in Supply & Demand Planning, preferably in Manufacturing/Hi-Tech/CPG/ Consumer Electronics company/ Retail customers and suggest methods of improvement to achieve business goals.
- Adapts quickly to computer applications & systems and is proficient MS Office Suite of products
- Strong Process Development, Improvement and Implementation experience
- Strong Communication in English- both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiency with all levels of management and peers, both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and independent personality with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels
- Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures, and key metrics. Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and working under tight timelines; multi-tasking abilities; exception-based management capability.
- The ability to lead and develop a team with a continuous improvement mind-set.
- Ability to balance priorities across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and leverage systems and information to influence others
