Role-Business Development (New client Acquisition)

Industry- Logistics

Responsibility-

To lead and develop 2 separate verticals of Logistics and Warehouse into 1 large vertical of Supply Chain Management

For this ideal candidate would be

a. 10 to 15 years experience in the field of Logistics / SCM with previous Feet on Street experience and not just managerial experience

b. Must have previous experience in identifying new warehouses and negotiate fresh contracts with them. This at a PAN India level

c. Must have good network contacts in the logistics and warehouse space for an early win

Ours being an existing department, we would like some early successes in signing on new customers and warehouses as needed

Further, leadership capabilities, strategic thinking to help us create a SCM function and business acumen are key requisites for success
