Job Purpose: Devising & implementing strategic marketing and communication plan aimed at facilitating business growth.

1. Devising & implementing strategic marketing and communication plan aimed at facilitating business growth and achieving AOP targets through Sales

2. Strategizing concept selling (Need - Gap Mapping, Demos & Market Trials, Application Support and Training)

3. Identify potential market segments, market research and plan penetration strategies in these markets (Domestic and International)

4. Customer profiles handled - Govt. agencies, Investor Developer, Utility Companies, Institutional Investors

5. Setting volume and value targets; developing sales & marketing strategies; liaising with an advertising agency for visibility; merchandising and packaging

6. Developing new niche markets for expanding business opportunities

7. Market research and competitive intelligence (Domestic and International) - market potential mapping, consumer behavior, product/brand positioning, monitoring and analyzing market trends (economy, policy & regulatory, demand-supply, competition, market share, technology etc.).

8. Oversee marketing communications, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows and seminars

9. Liaison with various Government Agencies (Domestic and International) exploit business potential under various schemes and programs through tenders

10. Build strategic plans, portfolios, and initiatives that drive growth short term and long term revenue and market share while delivering on the bottom line profit of the company - net profit, operating profit, EBIDA,

11. Close watch on tenders floated, analysis of tenders and participation in tenders

12. Inputs and review of marketing strategy and pricing strategy of Turbines, this will be based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, cost and mark-up factors.

13. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
