Head - Business Development - Real Estate

Land Acquisition & Management :

Coordinating with the acquisition department for the acquisition and management of land involving the following activities :

- Providing inputs on new acquisitions and working together to negotiate terms of agreements.

- Conducting detailed feasibility studies for prospective parcels including engineering, zoning, title, political, market analysis and financial modelling.

- Investigating water rights, utilities integration and other civil engineering issues.

- Assessing various risks associated with the acquisition.

- Providing monthly security creation statements & lease documents to Finance Department.

- Reviewing and interpreting municipal comprehensive plans and zoning regulations.

- Managing the preparation and approval of all entitlement documents.

- Liaising with ministries, government departments and other regulatory authorities for obtaining necessary sanctions / clearances and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations.

Strategic Planning / Business Development :

- Formulating long term/short term strategic plans to enhance operations.

- Driving sales initiatives & achieving desired targets with overall responsibility of ROI

- Exploring marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes.

- Planning & scheduling individual/ team assignments to achieve the pre set goals within time, quality & cost parameters.

- Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.

Team Management :

- Heading & monitoring team members and providing direction & motivation to them to ensure optimum performance & achievement of targets.

- Training the team to monitor outstanding figures & ensuring adherence to company policy.
